Bora Cosic, born in 1932, joined forces with other avant-garde Serbian writers and artists in the mid-1950s. Today, he is widely considered one of the most important authors in the former Yugoslavia. In 2002, he was awarded the Prize for European Entente at the Leipzig Book Fair.
