Global challenges such as flight, migration, terrorism, viral pandemics and climate change call for local responses that use digital means without exhausting themselves in data, algorithms and a technology of what is possible. Hospitality, time difference and the demands of future generations provide keywords for a phenomenology that moves in the space of the pathic and the responsive.
