Every year, he holds around 150 talks in auditoriums and classrooms on trropics such as: What are Jews? What is anti-Semitism? How was it possible for the attack on Israel on 7 October 2023 to occur? And how did it lead to increased hatred of Jews? These are some of the questions he discusses with school students and teachers – Germans, Muslims, whether they are migrants or born here. In this book, he has written down his experiences in this role. What gives him hope and what worries him. How the memory of the Holocaust is fading. And what we can do to ensure that history is not gradually forgotten – given that today’s school students will be the representatives of tomorrow’s society.
