Asiem El Difraoui

Asiem El Difraoui, born in 1965, grew up near Frankfurt/Main as the son of an Egyptian father and a German mother, studied in London and Cairo and obtained his doctorate in Paris under Gilles Kepel. Today he is considered one of Europe’s leading experts on jihadism, advises German and French government bodies and comments on ARD, BBC and CNN.
