She is a cofounder and manager of »lebensnah Bestattungen« in Bonn and the founder of the consulting firm »trauerkultur3«, which specialises in dealing with grief in the workplace. As part of Caring Community Köln e. V., she is head of the working group for »children, young people, and schools«.
